1. Account Registration & Security
Users agree to register using actual legal identities. Dynamic selfie liveness checks are utilized to verify registration integrity. You are solely responsible for securing your FIDO2 Passkeys and local account sessions.
2. Automated P2P Escrow Arbitration
All peer-to-peer fiat currency purchases rely on automated smart escrow. In the event of a payment dispute, matching verification occurs using uploaded document metadata logs. Decision rules are final.
3. Prohibited Exploitative Activities
API users must not exploit ring buffer latencies, perform wash trading, or manipulate prices across markets. Infractions result in immediate API key revocation.
